Day Two…
Today is my second day of my 90 day challenge. I set my alarm for 03:00am but slept in till 04:05am which would have made me late for work if I started my routine at that time. As for my breakfast, I had a healthy shake that I drank at 08:00am. The shake held me over until lunch. I prepared lunch last night that consisted of tossed greens, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrots, shredded turkey and seaweed prepared with sliced onions, cucumbers soaked in a sweet vinegar sauce. My wife prepared my dinner consisting of a piece of salmon with tossed greens and asparagus. I chose a “Light Ranch Dressing” which was very tasty.
My plans for today was to get my walk out of the way this morning but ended up completing my walk at 06:30pm, 2 1/2 hours after dinner. Tomorrow I’ll complete a 45min walk before I leave to go to work and an hour walk when I get home from work. I need to step it up a notch if I’m going to meet my goal of 15lbs by the end of the month. I’m sure I can do it; in fact I know I can do it!

I didn’t take all the measurements that I should have but I feel that if I meet my goal and lose the weight that I want, you’ll be able to tell the difference. Below is some info that I’ll share.
