<p>Today is my second day of my 90 day challenge. I set my alarm for 03:00am but slept in till 04:05am which would have made me late for work if I started my routine at that time. As for my breakfast, I had a healthy shake that I drank at 08:00am. The shake held me over until lunch. I prepared lunch last night that consisted of <span id="more-30"></span>tossed greens, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrots, shredded turkey and seaweed prepared with sliced onions, cucumbers soaked in a sweet vinegar sauce. My wife prepared my dinner consisting of a piece of salmon with tossed greens and asparagus. I chose a &#8220;Light Ranch Dressing&#8221; which was very tasty.</p>
<p>My plans for today was to get my walk out of the way this morning but ended up completing my walk at 06:30pm, 2 1/2 hours after dinner. Tomorrow I&#8217;ll complete a 45min walk before I leave to go to work and an hour walk when I get home from work. I need to step it up a notch if I&#8217;m going to meet my goal of 15lbs by the end of the month. I&#8217;m sure I can do it; in fact I know I can do it!</p>
<p>Here are my stats&#8230;</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t take all the measurements that I should have but I feel that if I meet my goal and lose the weight that I want, you&#8217;ll be able to tell the difference. Below is some info that I&#8217;ll share.</p>
<p>Age: 52</p>
<p>Height: 6&#8217;0&#8243;</p>
<p>Weight: 319</p>
<p>Waist: 46&#8243;</p>
<p>My goal for this 90 day challenge:</p>
<p>Weight: 275</p>
<p>Waist: 40&#8243;</p>
<p>Wish me luck! I&#8217;m positive I&#8217;ll be able to meet this goal.</p>

<p>On my first day of my 90 day challenge I started my walk at high noon. I had 4 supporters, my wife, daughter, son-in-law and my grandson who walked with me through the 4 lagoons in Ko&#8217;Olina. I thought it would be really hot, but to my surprise it was a beautiful day. <span id="more-13"></span>A nice cool breeze and a bright sunny day, we started our walk at the forth lagoon. It’s about a mile long walk starting from the 4th lagoon to the first lagoon and back. It took us about 45 minutes not counting a couple stops to take pictures and shoot some videos.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll have all of my stats posted tonight along with a video and pictures that I&#8217;ll post to my gallery on this blog. As I mentioned, this is day two of this blog so I&#8217;ll install my photo gallery today and will continue to build this site to make it easy to navigate.</p>
