		<description>A healthy, balanced diet is certainly the key.  We&#039;ve been taught, for so long, the &quot;3 square meals a day&quot; theory and we&#039;re not finding out that this is NOT the way to eat, especially if you are working out on a regular basis.  Great post!</description>

		<description>I&#039;m going to a nutrition seminar Friday night and then on to a 10 day program mid August, hopefully this program will give me more insight about preparation and types of foods to eat. It will be a lifestyle change for me.</description>
